Where email fits in
AI agent email tool. The agent emails your manager about a hot enquiry, sends a booking summary to reservations, or forwards a complaint, all mid-conversation.
Automation step: send an email to specific people, the outlet owners, the whole team or the lead's owner, filled with the lead's details, form answers or cart.
Lead reminders and escalation. If a new lead isn't contacted within X minutes, the owner is reminded. After Y more minutes, the outlet's admins are alerted.
Lead Ads follow-up reminders email the owner, then the manager.
Scheduled emails. A morning summary or a nightly report, at the time and time zone you choose.
Send from your own domain
Connect your own mail server (SMTP) or a provider such as SendGrid, Postmark or Resend. Set a daily email cap per tool. Test emails are marked "[TEST]".
